Yoga & Meditation Class with Alexis Hannagan

Do you want to have a healthier balance in your body, mind, and soul?

Join us for the FREE members-only weekly Yoga & Meditation classes with Alexis Hannagan on our jungle-view balcony upstairs!

The class will include basic chanting, breath work, stretching, dynamic movement, postures, meditation, mudra (hand position), healing mantras and relaxation.

Combining all of these tools allows you to quickly and powerfully strengthen your mind, body, and spirit by releasing stress, increasing focus, calming mind and body, increasing energy and connecting deeply to yourself and others.

You’ll walk away with:

– Calm and stronger nervous system allowing you to handle greater pressures and challenges in life whilst remaining calm, centered and gracious.
– A clear and focused mind allowing you to be more able to solve problems, productive and creative.
– Healthy and strong glandular and endocrine system, expanded lung capacity, and purified blood which brings balance to the body, mind, and soul. In addition, it gives you a broader vision and sensitivity so that you can act more efficiently through intuitive decision making and be able to lead others with confidence and grace.

Note: this is an Outpost member’s only event and will take place every Tuesday from 12-1 PM. Please bring your own Yoga mat/towel.
